RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- The return must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date. The return must be shipped back to us within this same 5-day period.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (including packaging, tags, and accessories.)
- Final Sale-Items are not eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item:
Contact Us:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at infor@t2dcreations within the 5-day return window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
After contacting us, you will receive a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
Ship Back the Item:
Once you have the RA number, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us at the provided return address. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Returns are subject to $6.00 Restocking Fee.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you prefer to exchange the item, please inform us when you initiate the return, and we will assist you in processing the exchange.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Returns sent after the 5-day period will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
Item that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for a return.
